Yoga has always been looked upon as being a little “out there” as far as exercise routines go for many. Seniors now seem to be the benefactors of this novel method of exercising to an age old traditional form of achieving spiritual balance and well being. There is no age limit for optimum success with yoga; it offers something for each age group.
