There Is No Big Mystery When It Comes To Anti Aging

If we had a choice about aging and immortality, we would probably choose the age that we were at our very best, and opt to stay there for eternity. This is the choice many would make because we were at our best, full of confidence, strength and vitality bubbled from the majority of us. We were on top of our game.

Who wants to be old and sore with a fading memory and health problems? Our appearance fades and we begin to “shrivel”. We look into the mirror and we don’t feel god about what is staring back at us. We want to fight back against this aging process but do not know where to begin. This is not rocket science, more like clinical science. Maintaining your youth and appearance is not a complicated process.

Skip the face life and focus on your inner self to begin. Do not abuse your body with things like alcohol and cigarettes, avoid drugs, prescription or otherwise if at all possible. Keep away from illegal or illicit drugs as well. No god can come from these pills and they are harsh on your appearance. Just look at celebrity mug shots for a real eye opener.

Eat a healthy diet and get three squares a day. Your meals do not have to be large, but they should be good for you. No fast food, generally by middle age when we begin to worry about aging we are past hating vegetables and eating only coco puffs. When you finish eating, practice what are called push aways  – push yourself away from the table. You also need to have a good multivitamin supplement daily. What you get from a good vitamin will aid in anti aging and you will feel better. Everyone is missing some form of vitamin or mineral. Do your best to avoid this and eat well and supplement the diet.

After you begin to look after your inner self, focus on your daily welfare. You want to be able to remain mobile and fit so at the very least, take a twenty minute walk each day. The fresh air will invigorate you and your muscles will love you for it. When you feel you are able, begin a light exercise routine at home. No need to hit the gym until you are eager for that regimen. Combine your walk with fifteen or twenty minutes of stretching and core body strengthening.

Take a bicycle ride for ten or fifteen minutes a day. Do leg lifts, stomach crunches, sloowww stretching of arms and legs. A couple weeks of this and you will feel genuinely good and you haven’t killed yourself at the gym doing it. Remember being a kid and enjoying things like going for hikes, playing on monkey bars and swings in the park? Chances are you were a regular fit kid who didn’t even recognize the exercise you were getting because it was fun. This is what you must try and accomplish now as you begin to age.

Your outward appearance takes a hit over the years if you neglect it. Take your smile for example. Dentists can make a big difference in your self esteem and confidence if you let them fix your teeth for you. Your teeth play a prominent role in your overall health, so say the medical experts. Practice good dental hygiene and have your smile fixed. Are your teeth white or yellow from all that smoking in your old lifestyle? Do yourself a big favor and spend the money for professional teeth whitening. A great smile will do wonders for your personal well being. Get some dental treatment and feel good about smiling again. When your teeth are yellow it is not only unsightly but also a sign of aging and that you care less about your appearance in general.

Aging is not only a physical process but a mental one as well. You can do some very basic things to control the aging process while doing good and healthful things for your body. There are no super secrets to anti aging – only solid and practical ways you can begin to reverse the aging process. You do not need to spend a fortune on plastic surgery, gym memberships and anti aging creams and lotions [though these may really help],just find the time to look  after yourself. Start doing little things to improve your health and fitness and you will be happy you did. You will notice a wonderful difference in a couple weeks.
