We can all live longer; preventive strategies is the prime solution. Longevity is something that we all can obtain. Factors such as what we eat, what we do and how we live can crack half of the puzzle for a longer lifespan.

According to Dr. Joseph Maroon, a neurosurgeon, author and tri-athletic living longer is possible. He states that longevity research is primordial to overcome challenges such as degenerative and old age related illnesses. This includes defeating major pathology such as stroke, heart attack, diabetes and neurological degeneration like Alzheimer’s disease. Anti-aging is intended to make human more resistant, stronger and able to prolong lifespan as a result.
