We constantly hear people expressing their desire to “cheat death”. However, the very fact that we are uttering about this expression implies that we accept death. It is already an evitable path in life and cheating death simply refers to some more time.
It might be a good time to alter our attitude. We should think in the opposite way. We should consider that anything except an indefinite lifespan is to be cheated personally. This will boost optimism and courage to succeed.
If ever in a sport event, debate or business transaction a party enters into a challenge with the attitude to succeed only with a small margin or to deny facing superior opponents, chance of succeeding will be low.
