1. Food Control: Raw or Cooked
“Cooked Delicious food destroyed mankind.”
–Nickolai M. Amosov, M.D., Russian academician of medicine
There are millions of people on our planet consuming cooked food. The overwhelming majority do not expect that there are other ways to eat. This applies even to the disciplined vegetarians who cook grains, vegetables and beans. The science of nutrition and medicine encourages the consumption of cooked food as it facilitates the digestion. It would be very hard to digest raw oats, rice and wheat. Some vegetables such as pumpkin, broccoli and cauliflower are cooked lightly to render them digestible.
For many, it is unquestionably wrong to eat fish, eggs, meat and poultry uncooked. Nonetheless, in some societies both fish and meat are consumed raw. The Japanese eat raw fish called sashimi and sushi, the Siberian Yakuts and Eskimos eat frozen raw fat and meat. This does not mean that other people must consume uncooked fish and meat. Raw food has virus and parasites that can lead to various health predicaments.
The Japanese live long and eat raw fish, however, eating food that has been moderately cooked are usually the ideal solution.

2. Emotional Control
Emotions make life flavorful. For instance, unemotional individuals are often referred to as “robot”. People cannot separate themselves from emotions. Humans who lack feelings and sensation are abnormal. Emotion has been in history since the dawn of humanity; psychologists, philosophers and psychics are just a few to mention. These very emotions have a predominant impact on the way we behave and react to various aspects. It is guiding criterion for our lifestyle.
3. Active Control
Gerontology research in countries such as France, Japan, US and other countries are showing that centenarians enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle. The very fact that they are active and not sedentary allows them to live much longer and healthier.
A famous example is “Jeanne Calment” of France who was the oldest known person on the earth. She died in August 1997 at an advanced old age of 122. However, when she was at the age of 100 she rode her bicycle and even released a rap CD at an unremarkable age of 121. Another is Herbert Kirk who was graduated in 1993 from Montana State University with a degree in Bachelor in the field of sculptor when being a centenarian. Kirk, was known for being in the field of sport at the age of 95 when he won two gold medals in the field of athletics (800 and 200 meters). There are many other examples of people who are performing sport and exercise at a very advanced age.
The remarkable thing is that most of the centenarians who are healthy and performing sport are not expecting to die very soon. They are at least foreseeing another decade. Exercise does not only promote flexibility of joints, breathing but does also support emotional and digestive health of the body.
