“You are what you eat”, and when it comes to anti aging, nothing could be truer. Obviously we would all like to look as good as possible at all times and we will do what it takes to achieve this. After a certain age, one of our primary goals is to try and turn back the clock and slow down the process of aging.

Who among us at any age does not love to eat junk food, fast food or any other type of food that tastes good and is not necessarily good for us? We can only get away with poor eating habits for so long before it becomes a problem for us. As we age, we gain weight that we cannot seem to lose and it becomes harder to break the habit of not eating healthy food. As kids, many of us avoided eating fruits and vegetables, specifically vegetables, only to realize at a later stage in life that we better acquire a taste for the fruits and vegetables that we once ignored, or fed to the dog under the kitchen table! We need fruits and vegetables daily in our diets. So let’s begin with vegetables.

When you add to this new diet plan of ingesting fruits and vegetables throughout the day, with some regular exercise, such as walking, riding a bike, etc., you will find that you have more energy and your personal well-being will also improve. Try it out for two weeks, and if you don’t feel any better, then by all means, have a bag of chips!
