Defy Your Age – Follow These Straightforward Anti Aging Techniques

Recently at a holiday gathering of middle aged folks, I became entangled in a conversation about aging and appearance. The women in the discussion were lamenting the fact they were seeing more fine lines and wrinkles on their faces and actually seemed to be depressed. Here are some rudimentary guidelines for a younger and healthier appearance – some that cost money and some only costing time.

MINIMIZE YOUR PORES
An individual’s pores swell when they become filled with gunge and the more one ages the more likely it is these pores will grow wider. Shrink them by using a cleaner that contains salicylic acid that breaks up the oil in the pores. An added benefit is it will also clear away the old skin that can cause this clogging action. STRIP IT CLEAN
