Chronological Or Biological Aging – Just Keep Them All Guessing!

Chronological Or Biological Aging – Just Keep Them All Guessing!

We all need to be more aware of our BA, or our Biological Age. We often hear people jokingly say how they feel like they are eighty years old when they are having a particularly tough day; perhaps you have said this as well. Depending on what is happening with your health, you might not be far off the mark from a BA perspective. A thirty year old with a chronic condition who smokes and drinks excessively without any exercise while working in a highly stressful job eating too much fast food would fall into this category easily.

Our human body is a finely tuned apparatus that requires care and maintenance, not unlike any vital piece of manmade equipment. How we are performing internally is not something many of us give much thought to until we suffer a health event of some sort. Meanwhile, we eat on the run or miss a meal altogether, work on little sleep, allow stress to consume us and eat junk food or have a smoke and coffee instead of a salad and some juice for lunch. We disrespect our bodies like no other generation ever has and we ask it to keep performing when it simply cannot – we just continue to add time to our BA.

Popular awareness has always been concerned with the various phases in life that we pass through – from the womb straight through to the nursing home. Unfortunately, unless we are forced to we do not give much thought to our overall health. However, along comes the post war baby boom generation, that age group born in the years from 1945 – 1962. These folks know a thing or two about doing things differently and it seems they have a new plan to slow the advance of aging. In scientific circles it is referred to as the longevity factor and it has focused a generation to invest billions and cultivate the sharpest minds to discover methods to prolong life as far as humanly possible.

What was once fodder for science fiction novels and films is now becoming possible. Immortality was once a myth and today experts actually believe that anyone under the age of fifty may benefit from current research. If we can just survive a few more decades, we may position ourselves to benefit from some amazing future medical and technological breakthroughs for extending life. Futurist Ray Kurzweil and Terry Grossman, an M.D. not only co authored the book Fantastic Voyage but they also both believe in “living long enough to live forever”. The extensive research that went into their book reveals that actual immortality – or at least living for an awfully long time – is achievable; maybe in the next several decades.

You should seriously ask yourself where you will be in twenty or thirty years and if you will be a physically active senior then or on the downside of an age related illness. Our bodies tend to wear out before we die, taking better care of ourselves earlier means that process could be delayed. What will wear out on you first? Will it be your heart or maybe your liver? Our joints take a beating during our lifetime so these could certainly be in distress by this time. Surely we all have considered the possibility of suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Our minds are vulnerable to age deterioration unless we do what is required to keep them healthy. Precedents had been previously set when it came to our biology and age – our fate was cast – we had no control over aging.

Over the years our bodies have been pummeled by forces over which we have has little or no control over. Our continued health was contingent on the tens of trillions or so cells that release lesser amounts of energy as we age and endure. Many of us make poor lifestyle choices that only add to the innate burden of our everyday survivability, we pay a physical price for this carelessness. Our bodies are undermined and we become vulnerable to age related diseases and we eventually perish because of this.

An individual’s chronological age [our number of years from birth], has no real bearing on the way we feel or how we appear. The renowned feminist, Gloria Steinem was told by a journalist that she did not look forty years old to which she responded curtly, “This is what forty looks like!” She was determined to always let her real chronological age be known, even at age seventy she made sure her actual age was clear. However, Ms. Steinem looked amazing and to everyone else she passed for forty five and instinctively rated her BA health as thirty years old, incredible!

Giving Away The Secret

In case you have not noticed, the folks that are physically active into their seventies, eighties and even nineties keep on making their mark on society and they really look amazing while doing so. When you ask these people how old they feel they will say somewhere between thirty and forty years old. The actual BA is and internal mechanics are operating just fine, and rival that of those many years their juniors.

They all have certain commonalities, beginning with really tough constitutions. They are rarely ill and they are concerned about maintaining active minds and bodies. You will not find these people sitting around watching Wheel of Fortune every night. These astounding seniors are snow skiing, hiking, authoring books, taking courses and beginning new businesses. What they accomplish is extraordinary.

A new term being floated these days is “youthing” and it is the modern way of stating someone is de-aging or undergoing some form of anti aging progression. This has nothing to do with reversing physical age. Eighteen years old was once thought to be the prime age and recently it has been revealed that an intuitive age of sixteen could be the new prime marker based on testing of the fittest people – regardless of their chronological age!

Ways Of Slowing Biological Aging

Millions of maturing adults around the world are taking extreme measures in an attempt to recapture their youth by getting Botox treatments, liposuction, and plastic cosmetic surgery as well as gastro stapling. Regrettably, this kind of cosmetic surgical practice shocks the body and causes harm to the Repair Loop, in effect, topping out the limits of the body’s capacity to heal itself. Consequently, those celebrities who sustain their looks using these acute practices are literally raising their BA into their eighties or nineties as a result of this Repair Loop destruction.

One is much better off utilizing therapies like deep cellular purification to energize the cell frequencies for the healing process. When cells reach this plateau they will carry on restoring ad infinitum, at least that is according to Nobel Prize Winner, Dr. lexis Carroll who won for the investigation of the ‘immortal” cell. The process of youthing has always taken place internally and working outward. What follows are some secrets for youthing that are consistent and rational, hardly difficult and inexpensive to boot:

• Intentions – you may want to choose not to be considered a senior. It may be a fact but so what. Your attitude and beliefs, how you act and even how you dress should be scrutinized.

• Nutrition – Opt for organic foods rather than processed or faked foods. Natural food has better frequencies required for cell restoration and repair. Be careful since you really are a product of what you consume.

• Maintain your body’s alkaline level by restricting acidic animal food products that are considered hard on our system or tough to digest and leave an acid ash.

• A person of median size should consume about two quarts natural water [in other words, unflavored] to rehydrate cells to avoid wrinkling and also to enhance brain functionality.

• When consuming food high in nutrition you will avoid feeling hungry after eating. You will aid the body in meeting nutrition levels and reduce the likelihood of snacking or binging. It should be noted that people who count calories could be helping to prolong their lives.

• Exercising – works the lymph system releasing oxygen and nutrition to the tissue while combating toxicity and microbials. It is excellent for the function of your heart and epidermis, aids in muscularity and keeps joints moving freely.

• Make sure you also exercise your brain. You need to keep your mind sharp by keeping it active. This means doing things that stimulate your grey matter like puzzles, reading, conversing regularly and following current events and discussing them. Stay tuned in to the lives of others like family or friends.

• Continuing to follow some vocation – even if it is on a volunteer basis – is vital to your longevity. Keep your brain focused and socialize. Sitting about watching television is a sure way to deteriorate mentally.

• Start getting more sleep and learn to relax. Stress will kill you are sure as getting hit by a bus just not as quickly. Stress filled lives are lives that age relentlessly.

• Remember to detoxify and cleanse for cell restoration – this is hugely important!

• You should be taking some supplementation like vitamins and minerals, herbs, homeopathic therapies, a colon cleanser as these are all quite useful in the youthing realm.

• To deep cleanse through to DNA – that includes energy fields – take an energy medicine.

Regardless of your current age you might consider starting now to take better care of yourself since it will keep you youthful, on the other hand, you will remain youthful due to the fact that you are taking better care of yourself. This is yet another circle of life. Leon Eldred once said that is he knew he was going to live so long, he would have taken better care of himself, so many of us learn this fact too late and that, be it from a lack of concern, motivation or knowledge is the worst kind of human nature.

How you take care of your body will determine how you look in the mirror and you will appear more youthful. Work at maintaining a youthful biological age and keep the world guessing about your true chronological age. It was Mae West who once said, “You are never too old to look younger”. Start taking this seriously folks before it is too late.
