Chi Is The Foundation For Total Health – Part II

Chi Is The Foundation For Total Health – Part II

The Chi and or negative ions, work with the body at the molecular level with cells. The electromagnetic [EM] field surrounding the cells is equipped with a highly discriminating force field making up an element of the defensive apparatus, allowing nutrients and waste to come and go – to and from the cell while repelling contagions, viruses and bacteria to the outside. The force field uses a comparable capability to the cell walls, making the consumption of essential fatty acids from various foods so important.

When we ingest foods such as hydrogenated oils for instance, they will disturb the operations of the cell walls from both a physical and energy level standpoint. The reason for this is due to these hydrogenated oils being so extremely close to actually being a variety of celluloid plastic! Plastics act to stifle the flow of energy. This means the cell wall will drop its physical barricade but the EM sheath is also breached. This means every cell is vulnerable to attack, mutation and from being disrupted from the inside.

The more durable the EM field about the cell, the more powerful the flow of energy will be throughout our system, providing much better immunity health and safeguarding us from foreign contagion and illnesses. The EM power as well as light [a form of EM power of its own] is why our organs and tissues become energized and how they communicate with one our brain [also an EM generator]. As a result our systems become far better at repelling illnesses, disease and deterioration and degeneration. Like the martial arts masters learned, as health and preventive fitness levels are elevated, so too is the physical endurance and toughness of the body when the participant concentrates on the chi or EM power within the body.

It is when these practices are utilized by martial arts masters that they are able to maintain the discipline and have bricks broken over them with sledgehammers and they can withstand baseball bats swung into them – even repelling the sharp ends of weapons that are unable to puncture their skin in the slightest. This king of control is acquired over years of practice and training that is comprised of deep breathing from the diaphragm, meditation and particular physical training techniques. The body can eventually become so tough that nothing less than a gunshot will enter or damage their body or even skin! Chinese martial arts masters can take much of the credit for educating society about chi; this has eventually included the art of healing and healthful therapies.

Throughout the years, masters of the martial arts have taught and spoken to groups to provide a better knowledge of the energy sciences and discussing chi broadly. Who better to explain why health and well being will be greatly enhanced by utilizing chi to restore and rejuvenate – but being disciplined enough to learn the art over much time. To actually find the origin of all health difficulties and begin rejuvenation, chi must be accumulated, sanitized, elevating its balance and flow. With a calm and meditative mind, these things will all happen at a much quicker pace than average. It is for this reason that it is vital to train the mind to relax so it health can be augmented and longevity can be increased as modern science continues to verify.

As humans we well understand we are not simply organic automatons or some type of bio apparatus. We experience things, we have feelings and thoughts, we are emotional beings with aspirations and a willingness to gain knowledge and grow. These characteristics are attributed to our spirits and are so far from anything a machine could match. A piece of equipment may be programmable so it can duplicate emotions and other human like qualities but they will never be mistaken for human.

Conventional medicine does its best to describe human feelings using physical details such as hormonal imbalance, misfiring neurons or simple chemical reactions. In fact it is the overall streaming of a person’s chi that enhances the cells, hormones and neurons in the first place giving then the bio electric energy required to perform their vital functions. If there were no chi, the body would expire. The same as a machine or automaton would be useless and dead without the power to operate.

If you are ever in witness of a human body that is lifeless you will be able to observe the obvious absence of life and chi no longer present in this form, there is no energy, aura, or life at all only dead matter. The fact remains that without chi in our body, the flow of bio electric power, our body is nothing more than a lifeless bit of matter. It is our chi energy that gives us life and the spirit to our flesh. For this reason it is vital to gain as much chi as possible, the more chi energy we accumulate, the stronger and more vital we will be and the longer we will live. Meditative breathing combined with a calm and settled mind is the prime method for building on our chi and elevating our energy force.

When we partake in physical activity and training this is a great way to accumulate this life power and the main reason why exercise and activity are critical to our overall health. However, the Chinese have never made heavy strength training exercises part of their regimen, only on a limited scale do they do weight training. This is good news for those folks who do not have a desire to lift heavy weights. It is okay not to do heavy lifting as part of a healthy and fit routine. When working to achieve higher levels of energy development this becomes important when maintaining those specific energy capacities is crucial to higher spiritual plateaus to achieve clarification.

All of the encroaching environment concerns such as poor air quality, sitting in “dead air “ office towers all day, overeating poor foods, allowing machines to do our work all have an effect on our bio energy flow. It greatly diminishes the crucial balance we strive for with our chi. It also heavily depletes our enzymes which are critical for digestion and healthy immune function.

Ongoing stress, anxiety and worry affect our body so that our chi is continuously being exhausted and utilized at an incredible speed. Yet one more reason why many individuals begin to age earlier than normal or just have such low energy levels their immunity is compromised and the body gets run down and sick. This is a concern for the fertility in both genders as well, a problem that is more prevalent than ever these days.

At birth humans are allotted a specific quantity of energy known as Yaun Chi or also “Original Chi” passed to us from our parents at conception. The wonderful attributes of purity, and strength from this kind of chi is predetermined by the health of the parents at that particular time of conceiving a child. The fetus is also effected, its development of emotional and mental characteristics coming into play at this time as well.

It is interesting that western sciences are now even starting to recognize this field of Epigenetics. Epigenetics is a fairly novel field of study concerning genes that identifies how one’s genes do not control the body as was suspected for so long a period. Instead it is the mind combined with its thoughts, emotions and principles that actually has authority and not the DNA from our genes.

This falls in perfect lock step with the ancient Chi-gung adage which says “the mind controls the chi and the chi controls the body”. Martial arts masters and Taoists have understood this for millennia, also giving a better understanding of how much more advanced over western thinking traditional medicine is when it comes to human physiology.

Even if your parents did not pass on quality energy stores to you there are things one can do to build strength and enhance our energy and health. We are able to defeat these obstacles and implement tougher bio energy stores in us by heeding good dietary habits, practicing proper breathing techniques, learning how to relax our mind and getting more exercise, among some other lifestyle corrections.

We need to recharge our chi batteries in the lower abdomen where our chi energy is warehoused within our body. This will have a huge positive impact on our health by building on our strength and improving energy flow. Learning breathing methods such as the – eight pieces of brocade, chi gung meditation and other energy techniques – we will radically advance the four primary features of our chi. These characteristics of chi would be: quantity, quality, balance and energy flow.

The only true means of learning these models is by practicing them, this is the single best way to learn that these chi energy techniques really are effective and are capable of changing your life for the good. This is the result of a perfect understanding and vital observation of not simply health and therapeutic healing but human longevity and the very existence of life itself.

This will only happen by doing it and actually experiencing the chi energy, specifically for those still not convinced of the effectiveness of chi and whether or not it is more than a myth. By practicing breathing and meditation you will experience for yourself in short order that human bio energy is really quite powerful and a tool for improving oneself on many levels.

Your health, strength and well being will truly be altered for the better and you can begin to really understand the wonders of the human experience that it is far more than we have understood it to be. In the final tally, your health will be greatly improved; your energy level will be higher than anything you previously had. You will be free from fear, worry and all doubts will be eliminated, those doubts that prevent us from reaching all of our life’s objectives.
