Why some people age so well and others do not is not as mysterious as it once was. There are reasons why certain people do not live up to the number on their birth certificate and others die before they were intended to. Aging cannot be stopped at this point in civilization but scientists are working on it. In the meantime, we have to make do with theories we know will slow the aging process.

The more we concentrate on our longevity, the better we will begin to feel. That old vitality will return when we do the things necessary to be good to our bodies. For those ready to make a commitment to reverse aging and slow or eradicate disease conditions in our bodies, some perseverance is required. Wishing it were so will not cut it.

If you are in your forties, fifties or even older it becomes quite difficult to change your lifestyle without having to undergo some kind of life altering health scare or a healthful epiphany of some kind. Having the desire, constitution, perseverance and even the willingness to make a financial investment in yourself to revitalize your body is critical.

You must ask yourself if you can give up those bad habits and sinful pleasures in order to enjoy a longer life in the future. Motivation is the key. Having the wherewithal to “get on with it” while cleansing and purifying your body and absorbing the possible punishment from detoxification as you expel toxins from your body tissue. Your body has been getting treated much like a sewer and will require some care to return to healthy operation. When you can understand this, you are only beginning a new journey to age reversal.

Reversing the aging process means reversing the disease damage and aging process currently underway in your body. Restoring the proper function of your bodies systems, stomach acids, bile flow, correcting hormone imbalance, fighting free radical reign and maximizing cell energy within the mitochondria. This is not something done overnight but takes a commitment and patience. When you achieve this end, your regimen becomes a lifestyle for you and a means to an end for a longer fulfilling life.

Eat It Raw

If you are considering age reversal, you must consider a raw diet – with plenty of greens to eat. Green smoothies will ensure this to be the case. You will require patience when converting to an all green diet as your system adjusts after years of ingesting cooked meals. Give your digestive tract a bit of time to get used to the new diet.

You may remember the story of the Japanese army officer who was found on an island in the Philippines thirty years after World War II had finished. It shows quite brilliantly, how our bodies respond when we feed it, as God probably wanted us to.
The Japanese soldier was not aware the war had ended and he continued to fight his lone war well after it was over. He made an appearance on an American News show and it was an amazing sight to see. Here was a man who had not brushed his teeth in thirty years yet they were in pristine condition and shone a brilliant white. Here was a person who ingested nothing but natural and dynamic foodstuffs in his body. When he was found and returned to Japan he had to undergo extensive medical testing since they had not seen anyone who had survived thirty years without ever visiting a physician.

When he was placed on a treadmill, he just kept going and they could not wear him down. He had developed the capability to digress to the physical equilibrium found in that of a twelve to fifteen year old adolescent. What was remarkable was looking at him at the age of fifty nine when he was on the news program and seeing a fit adult man who appeared younger than the twenty nine year old he was when he embarked and left Japan to fight in the war.

Here was a man who had literally recaptured his adolescence because of the foods he was eating, raw, enzyme active foods, he had no choice but to eat raw for fear a fire would alert his enemy. His raw diet made him ultrasensitive to his surroundings and when he heard people advancing his way he would hide. He knew exactly where they were and his natural instincts took over and were a principal part of his survival.

Perseverance Is A Requirement

Youth restoration after it has been lost or even keeping what you have for that matter is difficult and takes perseverance and tough effort. If you are starting out when you are older, it will take even longer to attain results but it will happen for you in time.

Once you begin to notice that you feel better, disease symptoms reverse themselves or disappear, physical problems leave, this is all very gratifying indeed. When was the last time you felt truly healthy? Having more energy, strength, stamina, a clear head with which to think, sleeping like a newborn, a better sex life than ever, a feeling of general optimism regarding things in your life, all these will improve. Why would anyone want to dolefully follow the alternative path to old age and wind up unhealthy and in a long term care facility with no freedom of movement and all decision making is taken away from you? It is not too late to make the decision to begin a new lifestyle right now and sticking to that decision will be great for your health, well being and your biological clock.
