Achievable Methods For Slowing Down The Process Of Aging

A ninety year old man was recently interviewed on a Television program of some popularity and what he had to say was inspiring. At the age of ninety, Moe Carson is a personal fitness trainer. He was quite bubbly, observant, charming and his attitude was incredible. He ended his discussion with the host by knocking off a few pushups and did so without wavering.

Moe says he believes that movement keeps us alive. At ninety years old, Moe rides motorcycles and does physical training each day. His aim is to persuade everyone else to do the same. When they are in the gym, Moe has his clients do weight training as the basis of their workout.

In fact, Moe says he does not care what you do for fitness as long as you do it. He recommends walking, riding a bike, heck you can even try rollerblading or skating, swimming or tennis, just as long as it involves moving about!

Moe was asked what he thought was the secret to improved health and life extension, his answer was quick and concise – moderation and movement. He believes that most of us overindulge instead of eating and drinking what we need using some restraint.
