The human body requires proper diets and intake of vitamin, antioxidants and other substances to stay healthy. A list of 15-power food has been provided to facilitate the root to boost health.
1. Elderberry
It has been shown in recent studies that extract of dark berries helps to eliminate and stop flu viruses. It was seen that people who consumed dark berries while they were ill recovered much quicker. The fruit is a strong antioxidant, which can help the body to fight inflammation.
2. Button Mushrooms
The botton mushrooms have antioxidants and also a mineral called selenium. If there is a low level of selenium in our body, we are more vulnerable to severe flu. 12. Spinach
